I usually don't complain, and I typically only leave positive reviews, but this particular Taco Bell is probably the worst food establishment I have ever encoun... read more I usually don't complain, and I typically only leave positive reviews, but this particular Taco Bell is probably the worst food establishment I have ever encountered. On one occasion, I was made to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes because they had not opened on time. Another time, they closed early. They have also gotten my order wrong in the past, and most recently, they were out of half the items on the menu. They marked my online order as complete and then told me it wasn't when I arrived to pick it up. They could have cancelled my order beforehand, but instead they let me think it was complete, only to disappoint me when I arrived. It's almost unbelievable that they are still in business.

I have to work several times in a week to the breakfast on my way, only without answering the journey through, even if I put a mobile order. (that I still have to be refunded) I tried to call it only for them to pick up the line and put it so that I could hear their inappropriate talks. completely incompetent team members.

This happens at m... read more Not actually open for breakfast, even though Breakfast' is on the main Taco Bell sign out front of the store. I don't understand TB ownership. This happens at multiple TB locations. If you can't get help to be open for breakfast, and I understand that's tough these days, then just do away with breakfast. Customers would miss it, but we're not getting the breakfast anyway as is.
