We go to Subway all the time, in every place. It's nice to be able to get the food you like consistently all the time. This place happens to be close to our office so we come here more than any other location. They are friendly and efficient and good at what they do. What Kathy Strehle doesn't like about Subway:
First time doing delivery. I only have 1/2 hour lunch so idea was great. Haven 't eaten the sandwiches yet so cant review them, but they forgot the drink. I guess water is healthier but I paid for drink, delivery and tip. The driver was nice so I 'm not worried about tip but I 'm disappointed. It even says make it a meal and they put the cookies in so that should have been a clue. Ugh View all feedback.
Clean. My girlfriend and I had a really nice visit with each other and our sandwiches were excellent. A/C was perfect ona hot day. Thank you!
Customer service is horrible they don’t know what a build your own sandwich is after pointing to it on the menu and they don’t have a toaster somehow and the place has mold everywhere even in the soda fountains
This subway is our favorite love the workers feels like we have known them for awhile. Food is always fresh and nice on the meat but for some reason don't do coupons lately
We did a group order here and they wouldn't accept our coupons. They said they were expired, which they weren't. We had just gotten them in the mail today and they were good for 2 weeks still. Then he said well we dont accept coupons. How can a franchise not accept their own coupons. They then said they would give us 10% off and when they rung us up they didn't do it and was like like oh well... sorry.. Not only was the customer service terrible, but when we got the food back to the office so we could eat together they had made some of the food wrong! We had it written down for them.
If it were possible to give 0 stars I would, I have gone in so many times now and ordered online and they have been closed for no reason. For example I have been able to order online and it's gone through, but you guys are closed so I can't pick up my order. That's literally stealing, says 9pm on the door and online (google) and says you must order before 8:30 online. Well they aren't even open! Apparently they close at 8pm now but refuse to fix the situation or update anything, but doors are left unlocked and you can literally just walk in and grab anything you wanted to because theres no one in there. Horrible customer service too, won't even give a refund for the situation. After everything a young man Sunny I guess is his name walked in saying they were closed and I explained the whole situation but he couldn't give two craps about the whole thing. I can't believe this place. I've had so many problems and yet they never even work on fixing anything. I even called a friend who works at a different location and they couldn't believe what was happening. The other locations are open like they say they are but this one just don't risk it. Worst management experience I've ever had from any where.
