While this might frustrate some diners, I was actually thrilled because, in my experience, selling out usually means the food is top-notch. And it certainly was! We tried the brisket, St. Louis pork ribs, and garlic cheddar sausage, and all were standout dishes. Interestingly, the sautéed green beans were a highlight too. They were a perfectly balanced side dish that I couldn’t get enough of. Placerville is quite the vibrant place, and I’m really glad I discovered such fantastic barbecue here.

The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the BBQ is the best I've ever experienced—even better than what I've had in Texas. I can hardly find the words to describe it! The brisket is out of this world. The brisket tacos meal has become my new favorite. You absolutely must try it!
