Worst Flame broiler In the world. Super stingy owners who won?t even give you more than 1 sauce. Also very rude and terrible in customer service. I'm going to the next flame broiler for 10 minutes, although this is about 1 minute walk from my house. View all feedback.
I always get half the bowl. This special location is consistently good and the family that owns it is very friendly and offers amazing service. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
Great food, great service, great prices! Love the chicken veggie bowl. My friend had the half and half veggie bowl. The prices are very fair, good food at good prices. They served us very quickly and were very cordial. This place is great for quick in and out, or a sit down meal.
Good bowls, don't really like the regular hot sauce, but the triple hot sauce is great.
Something doesn't look right guys when you walk in. Not sure it was Flame Broiler, or Asian Broiler. Usually with a franchise you are contracted to look like the Restuarant and use there products. But a lot of ther time the franchisee gets cheap and buys cheaper products. The store didn't look finished and it smelled funny. I didn't see a good grade at all posted up. And speaking of which, the meat had a different taste. It just didn't taste fresh!
Terrible customer service, I ordered a Works Bowl at this location at 2:30 PM today. I specifically asked for no onions, the middle aged female cashier could barely speak English and misinterpreted my order as double onions. When recieved my order I alerted her of the problem since I have an onion allergy and took it back to the chef who could also barely speak English. He proceeded to pick off all the onions and douse the bowl with magic sauce as if nothing had happened. Again I reiterated to them that I cannot eat anything that has onions or onion oils. The poor English speaking women said it 's good as if I had not watched the chef. I am in a rush, and for that reason I proceeded out the door, wasting my money on an incorrect order that rendered it inedible to me. I 'm extremely upset and will no longer be visiting your locations if this is the type of service I should expect! I tried contacting corporate and they were completely useless as well, apparently they cannot do anything since they are individually owned. This is absolutely wrong and because of it, I will no longer visit any Flame Broiler locations period.
