If you are in to sports and lots of beerplus lots of slow cooked meat options, you will enjoy this place.

We got the small family pack and the meats were super dried, the corn bread was ok, the beans weren’t great. Customer service was not friendly as they post on IG,not welcoming at all. Hopefully you guys can do better.

Prices are very reasonable, espec... read more A great experience for Placentia. Meat up BBQ is my new favorite North OC BBQ restaurant hands down. Everything was delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food they have. The location is cozy with a beautiful southwest ambience. Parking is a lot, and it is easy to reach. Hats of the people who work there. They were all very friendly, especially for our first hours. The beans, mac n cheese, pulled pig, chicken, tri-tip and ribs were highly rated by our party. The BBQ sauce should receive an award (if not already). You also have a good selection of crafts for beer makers out there. (although I was happy at the lemonade). Thanks for a wonderful meal. I'll spread the word that let meat smoke. 5/5 stars! A must go when you live in the area.
