Regardless, we believe that patience and education has to... read more We as a plumbing company we have been servicing, KFC restaurant franchises for a little over 10 years. Regardless, we believe that patience and education has to be shown at all times. Today Erica the cashier was being really offensive not only to us as clients, but also offensive towards her coworker. When providing us with our food order. I truly understand if we sometimes made a mistake as clients and we don’t make ourselves clear when we want to order some food. still Erica is entitled to talk to any client Without Respect. Just because we simply made a mistake to order leg and tight bucket, and she understood that we wanted tenders.I apologize to her but still her attitude and comments were hurtful. I have attached my receipt with my order number so she’s more than welcome to double check that my backstory is truth.We always thanks to our clients because I get to put food on our table because of their service call I don’t know if Erica gets to put food on her table because of our consumption at this location.
