The most authentic Mexican food I've ever had! The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable; we would have happily paid more for such amazing food. The portions were generous, and our waitress was fantastic! We'll definitely be coming back and bringing our family and friends with us.

The owner is incredibly kind and caring; I truly appreciate her. My favorite dish is the pupusas, and the hot salsa is the best!

Although I have not eaten other items from the menu, the menudo was fabulous! Cooked only on the weekend, this soup was filled with both a heavy helping of tripe and very tender pork feet. The soup was not over salted, unlike most of the menudo I have tried elsewhere, nor was its base thick or oily. The best part of this meal was Teresa's service. She was patient with my poor Spanish, and she introduced me to different chilies when she found out that I am a spice lover. This place is a must for those who love Menudo

Absolutely delicious! Best food in California I've ever had. Made to order from scratch. Food from El Salvador.I stopped by restaurant as I had to make a work visit in the town. I walked in blind with no look at reviews, pictures, or the menu. The restaurant is unassuming from the outside and is located in a very rural town. In all honesty, if this food was served in a restaurant in any major city, it would be filled daily. The food was made to order so don't expect food to come out quickly. I received my order in about 15 minutes although the restaurant was empty. We were lucky on that day because they just had received a day before some fresh herbs that were from El Salvador. I've never had Salvadoran food but this restaurant has made me a huge fan.Food I ordered and ate: Mixtas Chicharron, Loroco (Pupusa), Platanos Fritos, and Repollo. The owner was so sweet and friendly. One would never know the best food in the United States is located in very rural areas made by very special people.
