The chocolate was the perfect amount of sweetness and the buttercream was the best I've had (and I generally hate frosting)

In fact, I exclusively buy f... read more I’ve been visiting this place for a while now, and I can confidently say that Rob makes the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever tried! In fact, I exclusively buy from Studious Baker. Recently, they started offering fantastic gluten-free sandwiches that are not only bigger but also more affordable than anything else I've found in the city. Rob is always coming up with new creations and refining his recipes. Two of my favorites are the gluten-free cinnamon rolls and the bread pudding. It’s such a pleasure to have a local baker like him! Rob and Jenny are both very friendly and always willing to help.

If you are looking for authentic baking, this is a MUST visit.

The chef creates his own flour blends, so there are no pre-packaged gluten-free mixes here! It's a fantastic breakfast spot. My wife ordered gluten-free pancakes, and the chef suggested adding apples to them. To top it off, he treated us to some freshly made pastries. It felt like being in a family kitchen, where you can have everything you desire. Plus, the owner has lived a gluten-free lifestyle for 25 years, so he truly understands the needs of those with food allergies! Highly recommended!
