Hot Dog Ranch - Pittsfield

I absolutely love this place, and the service was exceptional! It's so much better than the other restaurant.

...since the Hot Dog ranch moved a few years back they just keep getting better and better...great menu with more options than just the famous baby hotdogs...very courteous and helpful weight staff...a regular stop for me when I'm eating out...one.of thefew aces in Pittsfield you can get a great meal for a fair price still highly recommend stopping in and enjoy some of the greatfood they serve

I was pleasantly surprised by the nachos and the fantastic spinach salad, which had a generous portion. We also ordered a hot veal sandwich. If I may offer a small critique: while it was good, I think it would have been even better without the yellow cheese, as it gave it a pizza-like taste instead of the traditional veal parmesan. I believe it should have had parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Nevertheless, it was definitely tasty overall!

I found this joint on Google maps and originally came because I thought the name was hilarious. I fully expected this to be a hot dog stand but it was sooooo much more. I essentially showed up ironically and then proceeded to have one of the best mealsI?ve had in Massachusetts! ???? The broccoli bacon cheddar bites basically changed my life. The vibes was friendly and low-key,very enjoyable. Several large tvs inside to watch sports and a spacious outdoor patio area. I so wish I lived closer because Iwould be eating here every week ????

The staff's demeanor varies depending on who you are; some may come off as rude, making you feel unwelcome. My children noted that the waitress was very pleasant and the food was good, but other staff members were unkind. I had advised against visiting this place after my brother and his family experienced similar treatment during their trip from North Carolina. In 2022, we should make an effort to be kinder, particularly in a diverse community like Pittsfield.
