Golden Phoenix - Pittsfield

The food was delicious and delivered quickly. However, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the poor customer service. I'm not sure if I will order from them again. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, and my order was incorrect. The delivery driver was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. He struggled with English and went to the wrong address. He called my phone twice, waking up my son, because he couldn't find me and was at the wrong house. He left an angry voicemail because I didn't answer immediately. When I called him back, he complained about being in the wrong place, which wasn't my fault. When I finally went to find him to retrieve my order, he yelled at me, insisting that I had given him a false address. It was hard to understand him because he was very aggressive. He grabbed my money from my hand without giving me my change, and I assume I accidentally tipped him. He then ran to his car and drove off, shouting all the way. The service was horrendous!

It’s incredible!

I absolutely adore this restaurant.
