Ordered a breafast sandwich didnt get what i ordered, I let them know they jumped rite on it they offered to remake my sandwich. I was ok with ehat i got at that point cuz they really wanted to be all over fixing my order .that was very cool ,they said they will make it up tomorrow so will see .i believe them ive always had great food and service there . What User doesn't like about Elm St Java:
The staff are friendly and helpful but in reality you could get better food at Dunkin Donuts. It was overall a nice place but takes too long to get your order (even when they're not busy) and the food is bland with minimal portions. Hash browns remind of the ones in my freezer.Food: 2/5 View all feedback.
We go here every Sunday as it is just about the only place open that isn't sit down breakfast only. Food and service is always excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: There is none

Nightmare on elm street.This restaurant recently changed names and possibly hands, not sure, same employees. Whole order made wrong, bagels not toasted, no bacon on bacon egg and cheese, muffin was literally soggy. We had to request a refund on one of the sandwiches and they didn’t know how to issue a refund. Just gross. Would literally never go back.
