I love dünkins coffee once in a because, but the service is so bad, so long waits that I decided to enjoy various coffees from other places. I do not recommend that dunkin donuts in berkshire county be honest and I must say at the dunks that serve icy tes, and from tape sometimes it was a naseuating smell of some types of bacteria because what they are the icy in not cleaned. it has made my spouse very sick, many times. if they want good clean coffee, I would recommend marylous or dieucks.

These dunks are my way! My darling! John knows how to make a coffee, my coffee! Long with a few others. Most workers deal with me and my crazy best friend when we get through and also jokes about that is great. I just wished as much as I would get through, they remembered my coffee so I don't have to breathe deep to say it lol. Thank you.

Good customer service and always good coffee depending on location and time. But in the morning the coffee and food is always nice and fresh. Also the drive thru line moved very quickly and was minimal wait time especially for the early morning hours.
