"My name isn’t Amanda—I’m a guy, lol—but I just have to say that this place is amazing. They always get my orders right, and it's a pleasure chatting with the staff. One person in particular stands out: Abby. She is absolutely stunning and a joy to talk to. If you read this, Abby, I’d love to hear from you! I was the guy who came in on Monday with the kids, and I had the turkey, the oven-roasted chicken on flatbread with hot sauce, and the teriyaki where you chose the bread. I should have read the reviews before going in. If I could give a minus star, I would. I’ve never had a negative experience at Subway in 20 years until yesterday. It was the absolute WORST sandwich I’ve ever had! The bread was as stale as cardboard. I didn’t notice how much mayo the employee slathered on until I took my first bite. Every time I come here it’s a good experience with staff and my order is always fresh and correct!
Rude staff, rude management in store. Food soggy and not what I had ordered.Waiting for a call from the owner, which I 'm guessing I won 't receive.I ordered online through the Subway app for pick up Between order and pick up it was a matter of less than 15 minutes (ordered at 11:15 Am picked up at 11:28 AM). While picking up my order, 3 employees were behind the counter chit chatting, nothing unusual. Handed me my order and I was on my way.Upon return to my office I found that my sandwich was not toasted and the cheese was missing.I called to let them know I was disappointed, but didn 't expect another sandwich or a refund. I was honestly expected an I 'm sorry but boy was I wrong.I spoke with a manager named Jennifer B. first, she insisted it was toasted, and I insisted it wasn 't, as I was looking at it. She got aggravated and I asked who her manager was, she advised it was Heather and she was there.I then spoke with Heather who was immediately confrontational. I was explaining I didn 't care what Jen said, this sandwich was NOT toasted. Heather cut me off and asked me why we were talking if I didn 't care....which isn 't what I meant but I quickly realized I wasn 't going to get anywhere with her. I requested the information for the owner was advised his name is Rick and I 'm waiting for him to return my call.I won 't be going back to this location as long as their management team doesn 't understand customer service and how far a simple I 'm Sorry would have gone.This entire review is only happening because Jen and Heather were nothing but rude to a paying customer.

Threw my wrap together with reckless abandon. Just couldn't get me out of there fast enough and then I get charged $14.31 for one wrap, one cookie and one bottle of water. Sorry, not sorry that's insane. I have never paid more than a little over $10 for these 3 items. Never again will I set foot in this dump.
Ordered an Italian bmt and a steak and cheese flatbread. the bmt of my wife was done right. but my steak and cheese flatbread turned out to be a flatbread with pfefferoni and salami. not sure how it mixes, but it should not happen. I understand we had ordered later, but that doesn't excuse the chaos. only recommend that the workers take additional efforts to pay attention to the appendages that come to ensure that they are done properly.
