Food was so good I almost forgot to take a picture of it before it was all gone! The service and quality was incredible and the Tres Leches blows all the other versions I've had out of the water. Havana Harry's ain't got nothin' on Musa! View all feedback.
This is way out of our area, but worth the hike. Fried green tomatoes, great rum drinks, Caribbean chicken curry, and a huge pork chop. All very well done with great sauces and sides. A one page menu, ideal, that changes all the time. Excellent vegan and vegetarian dishes too, some gluten free. Can't wait to go back. Nice little bar for socializing. Only downside is parking stinks. Handicap accessible.
Musa Caribbean Cajun fare This friendly restaurant is located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh in the borough of Beechview right next to the Red Line on Broadway Ave. Shrimp and Crawfish étouffée with added Blackened Chicken: If you like flavor, spice, and everything perfectly delish then look no further. The shrimp, crawfish, and blacken chicken was cooked perfectly. I thought that my tastebuds had just had the the best meal, That was until I tried what my Vegan half had ordered… Vegetable Curry: This vegan dish simple and FANTASTIC! Filled with mixed veggies and again...the flavor, absolutely spot on! Freshly prepared dishes with Vegan, vegetarian, and Gluten free options with affordable prices. Bar, dinning, or outside deck seating, pick your choice, all make for a great atmosphere Thanks Musa..... We will be back soon!
Small Caribbean and Cajun restaurant with a full bar. Really enjoyed my Crawfish Etouffee, the Plantain Chips, and the daily drink specials. Friendly and attentive service. Street parking available as well as a small lot just past the building. Will be back.

Visited last Sunday for brunch. I had the fried chicken and beignets and a **** Mary. My husband got the avocado omelet, and daughter got eggs and bacon. The food was SO good!!! Fried chicken was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly crispy. Beignets were delicious- being a Louisiana native my standards are pretty high for beignets and they nailed it! Easily the best **** Mary that I have ever had. The portions were well sized but not over the top which was appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff extremely friendly and happy! I highly recommend this restaurant- it is one of my favorites in PGH!
