Longhorn Steakhouse - Pittsburgh

Got food with some family. Food was delicious as it always is. I love the spicy ginger chicken bites appetizer I can down the entire thing all on my own. Servers were quick and efficient and our glasses were never empty. No complaints here!

We love longhorn in general. We go very frequently and have almost never had bad service. Our favorite waitress Sam works at this location and she’s absolutely awesome. But there are many others that do a great job. Every once in a while our steaks will be inconsistent in temp but we love the Parmesan crust. Only thing we wish they did differently was add more parm crust to their steak. We find that the Washington location adds way more. But all things considered a great place to eat

I enjoyed my food very well. Ordered an outlaw ribeye. Highly recommended in my opinion. Also the lobster tails tasted fresh and crunchy. For dessert i got the strawberry cream shortcake. Delicious cake as well. Tip your waitress and spread the love

We recently had a party of 16 at this restaurant and received exceptional service from two great waiters. The food was excellent as always at Longhorn. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed by a meal. All of our party enjoyed their food as well. Highly recommend this place!

The dining experience was overall average. Most of the staff, including the hostess and food runners, were exceptional. However, I did not give a 5-star rating because of our server, Tammy. We waited 10 minutes before she acknowledged us and then another 5 minutes to order our drinks and dinner. She failed to mention that certain dishes contained broth. The only thing she brought to our table were our drinks (I understand how food runners work, by the way). When she asked how everything was, it seemed half-hearted and she always had dirty dishes in her hands from other tables. She didn't even ask if we wanted dessert before bringing out the check (once again, with a hand full of dirty dishes). I understand the challenge of multitasking, but she was not busy at all. By far, one of the worst servers I have encountered in every aspect. I myself have been a server for 10 years, so I understand. We only left a tip large enough to cover her share at the end of the night. She could benefit greatly from some coaching.
