However, the wings were a nightmare— not because of the sauce, which actually had a good flavor, but due to the wings themselves. The quality, taste, and texture were all off. If you had taken away the Buffalo sauce and blindfolded me, I wouldn’t have recognized it as chicken.

Our exp... read more This was my grandson’s first trip to Chuck E. Cheese, and it was truly amazing. The last time I visited was when I took his mother for her 5th birthday. Our experience far exceeded my expectations, and my grandson had a fantastic time. He loved making new friends, playing all sorts of games, running around the space, and he declared the pizza to be the best he’s ever had. A real highlight for him was when Chuck E. came around to interact with the kids. Even now, weeks later, he still talks about the excitement of hugging Chuck E. I really appreciated how much time Chuck E. spent with each child; he was so kind and patient. Since I hadn’t been there in decades, I had a lot of questions, but the young man at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and exceptionally patient. He explained the hand stamp policy, the options available with the Chuck E. Card, the food ordering procedures, and how the prize points system worked. I approached him multiple times with questions, and he was always willing to assist. I wish I could remember his name (he was tall, young, and had dark hair), and I hope he’s there next time we visit so I can properly thank him for making our first trip so memorable. Lastly, I want to commend the cleanliness of the place. Everything from the restrooms to the booths, games, controllers, counters, and even the carpets was spotless. It was a pleasure to be there.

The food was delicious, and I appreciated that they serve alcoholic beverages (one drink per hour for beer and wine). It’s definitely a place where kids can have fun and be themselves!

The gaming area was clean and well... read more This is a charming and quiet place for younger kids who may not be ready for the high-energy atmosphere of Dave and Buster's. The gaming area was clean and well-maintained. Since it was our first visit after our own childhood experiences at Chuck E. Cheese, we weren't familiar with the new point system for the games. However, the staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to us and offered great advice on which program would be better for our little one (hour vs. points). Overall, we had a wonderful time at this Chuck E. Cheese and will definitely return.
