If I could give them 0 stars I would. I waited over 20 minutes on my quote time from the 20 minutes I ordered on the app. I spent most of my lunch break waiting for my food. Also, when I went up to ask about my order, the cashier told me he was working on it now, which was a lie, he put 4 orders out before mine. No sense of urgency.
Here's a review to help everyone out:Avoid this Chipotle if you can. I come here often out of convenience but ready to move on completely.The order pick up process is a mess, their constantly out of ingredients, and the stuff they make here isn't on par with the rest of Chipotle (probably a result of lacking ingredients.)The only redeeming factor for 2 stars are that the employees are nice. If you come in the last hour of them being open, you'll be told they're out of ingredients. Whether they're just saying that because it's the last hour or because they're actually out is the questionFinal point: go somewhere else!
