Their orders are always behind b... read more I’ve lived all over the country and love Chipotle but This is literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life BY FAR. Their orders are always behind but today was something else entirely. They were over an hour behind on mobile/online orders so the manager literally locked the doors and started screaming at everyone in the restaurant that they wouldn’t be taking any new orders, then started ignoring customers when they asked about their orders that are an hour behind… About 5 of us just left without getting our food. Horrific customer service and I’ll never be returning to this location until there’s new management. Corporate really needs to look into this location because this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to.

The lines are so long and they only have 1 or 2 people working the counter. It seems like they're always out of things also. I tried to order online to beat the lines. I got a bowl that looks half full. There were no fajitas, but I ordered extra fajitas. It looks like there's maybe half a scoop of steak, and the steak is already expensive as it is. And also there is sour cream on part of my bowl that looks like they tried to wipe it off after the accidentally scooped it on. I'm lactose intolerant, so I didn't appreciate that. I won't be back. I'll drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to Moe's in south park shops instead.
