We visited North Hills for dinner at 8 PM on a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy, but we only had to wait a moment for them to clear some tables before seating our family ahead of us, followed by us. We quickly ordered our appetizer as soon as our drinks arrived. It was interesting to see random kitchen staff bringing food to diners while the waiters were busy taking orders, but it worked just fine. The manager also stopped by to check in on us, which was nice. I always find myself with a mouthful of food when asked how everything is! My favorite dishes include the chicken crispers, the spicy chicken wing sauce sandwich with extra sauce, the Explosion quesadilla salad, chips with a generous side of ranch, chicken nachos without the bean paste (which some places have removed from their menu, but they will prepare it if you ask), and the mini mouth bites.

The best part was the awesome service from the hostess and waitress. We went for an early lunch when it wasn't very busy, but it seemed they had only one waitress on duty. She did a fantastic job. The hostess also made us feel very welcome, even as we interrupted her daily preparations.
