The music is always excessively loud and quite inappropriate, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. Additionally, the quality of the nuggets has been disappointing; they tend to be very dry, so I recommend sticking with the tenders. Lastly, the cleanliness of the bathroom often leaves much to be desired.

My only concern is that once you go beyond medium spiciness, the actual heat can vary depending on the day and the person preparing it. I've experienced hot-level chicken that was either milder than medium or extremely spicy, depending on the occasion. It's always flavorful, but I prefer to know what to expect each time I order.
