Starbucks - Pittsburg

I was in Pittsburg for a week on a business trip. One of the highlights of the day was getting coffee at this location! The staff is amazing like sunshine in the morning ️

Busy in morning, but for good reason! Lady at window always so kind!

Did not make simple coffee order correct first time. Got it correct on second attempt. Workers' area dirty and messy. Coffee was okay, but nothing special.

Mobile ordered 30 minutes ago, still have yet to receive my drink. I’ve watched my cup sit untouched for 25 minutes, I asked Somer to see if that was my empty cup and she threw an attitude and raised her voice. Disgusting employee behavior. Thanks again Somer for the attitude and poorly made drink.

Any good rewiews are by employees or their Mom. This has to be the worst Starbucks in the entire world.
