This was actually our first time eating at Panera Bread. Myself, wife, and daughter each had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and a 4cheess pizza. $45. First the soup tasted good, even though it was almost cold. There just wasn’t enough, maybe 5 bites … gone! It was served with a bread roll, which was refrigerated cold. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I placed my order through the restaurant's website for delivery. The food was not as hot as I would have liked, but that is to be expected with delivery. I also ordered the broth bowls, which were cleverly packaged to keep the broth from making the bread soggy, which I appreciated. Sat this evening and was said that our order would be given to go because it closed in 45 minutes. I thought that was a bit early to stop serving in the dining room, but we didn't complain and order. we received our order quickly and drove home, just to find that they had forgotten the meal of my man. 15 minutes before closing, but despite several attempts to reach them by phone, they would simply not answer.
Great healthy food and a drive thru window, who could ask for more???
Love the half sandwich soup lunch option! Tomato soup is my fav!
The food is always great, however the three times I’ve gone my discover card says declined, when it’s not. The website states discover is accepted. Also, the drive thru speaker is not very loud. The employee was difficult to hear, and apparently I was too because she got part of my order wrong. Usually I just go about my day, but one thing followed another, so maybe these things need to be addressed.
