I've eaten at this Panera a few times before. Today I read all the negative reviews so I decided to post my own.I can only say I've never received any bad attitude from the staff, my food was ready within minutes of sitting at my table. The restaurant was very clean as were the tables.As for food, I ordered the value meal, half Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and Wild Rice and Chicken soup. The soup hit the spot on this cold winter day. The broth was creamy and all veggies and chicken cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was good too. I do agree with other reviewers that the sandwich could have used a bit more chicken salad thus the 4 star rating. Who knows, maybe the managers are reading these reviews and addressing issues they may have had.
Asked for chicken on the side for my salad, got home no chicken at all!!
This place is a hit or miss sadly. If you walk in you can check your food yourself but if you get delivery you might not get everything right . I can no longer get deliveries because they always mess up my order. I’d say walk ins are a better option.
This is what Panera considers a chicken salad sandwich next time I will go to Safeway for a real sandwich.
They were out of cilantro, so I added spinach instead. I guess they decided to only give me 3 small pieces of chicken on my breakfast sandwich since I added spinach and very little chipotle sauce. Panera you can do better.
