Applebee's Grill - Pittsburg

I wouldn't give a star if I could. we waited for over 20 minutes for someone waiting for us. we were literally sitting in the middle of the restaurant several waitresses and waiters. there were 6 waitresses who spoke before us, asking in the ears, one of whom had our tables, then they are thrown off. we finally came by and took our order and got our food until we both had our tellers clean before someone offered us a refill. that was on Saturday night. they had 2 big parties and maybe 3 smaller groups in us.

Order was taken promptly. One in our party ordered a cocktail neither Mixer had ever made. They say it was delicious. Nice folks, clean environment.

The Applebee's in Pittsburg Kansas the manager and one of the waitresses where kind and very helpful. I was trying to order the food offline and the app was very confusing and the app did not go through. The waitress and the manager came out a to my car I took my order personally. They were very kind and very nice they even made sure that the app did not charge me. I know the price of eating out is high these days. Other than that the food was great the people were great. I'm also a disabled person and recently have fractured my foot. So this was very kind of them.

Always enjoy the food and service. I was doordashing and one of the people on staff asks if I wanted a water to go. Very kind guy!

We paid 140.00 for a xmas meal. The chicken tenders looked like banquet frizen dinners. I want my money back. I will never go back there
