Typical hole-in-the-wall (maybe I should say hole-in-the plexiglas barrier at the counter) Chinese takeout. Not a place to dine in. I stopped here and got the kung pao chicken lunch special and ate it in my car. This was some of the best kung pao I’ve had in years! Will definitely stop here again when in the neighborhood at lunch time. Good stuff. Parking: In a shopping center next to Food Lion. Lots of parking. View all feedback.
What Paul Williams doesn't like about China Inn:
I don't like giving bad reviews but this place has gone down hill so bad something needs to be said. The last time we ordered from them it was uneatable we just threw it away.I hope that Pittsboro gets a new Chinese restaurant soon what they need is competition. View all feedback.
The best beef lo mein and shrimp egg roll is here! I love that this is local in the community and close to home. If I could eat the lo mein once a week I would be coming back because it’s cooked perfectly and I love the sauce ? I have freeze the shrimp roll before and reheat it, still tastes just as fresh as when I first bought it.

Honestly I was a little nervous to try this place after reading some previous reviews, glad I did! This place was absolutely delicious. Food was hot and fresh, even the broccoli was fresh. I got general Tso’s chicken and Singapore noodles. If you’re looking for casual Chinese take out give this place a shot!
I stopped in yesterday for the first time in several years. I was going to get a lunch special. Thankfully I looked at a menu first because the prices are crazy expensive! I usually buy my Chinese food in Siler City or Apex and the lunch specials there are at least $1.50 less expensive. Ended up a few doors down at Subway.
Ate here years ago and there were literally maggets in the fried rice. Haven't been back sence and will not be.
