Stay from 17th to 19th August I booked a single room and at check-in I was assigned a double room without any increase in cost. Spacious, clean room, with a wonderful view, although it needs small improvements. However, it is the only hotel in the historic center of Pitigliano. Cold room and bathroom. The water in the shower struggled to get down. Terrible breakfast. Little variety of choice and poor quality. The food is NOT collected after service, but left on the buffet. Rudeness and lack of professionalism on the part of the manager. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5
Dated hotel, damp and cold room, bathroom with toilet bowl stuck in a corner, water from the shower struggling to come out. For breakfast something was missing every day, butter or yogurt or cakes... Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
