This place is okay, but the food is hit and miss. If you want a good dish, try the baked brain. You'd think a pub would get at least two things right. The first being to ensure that all beers are available on...menu. The second one I think is to have a really good burger available. Missed on both counts sad. This is neither a cheap place compared to others in the area. It needs work. The service was awfully slow. It took an hour to get appetizers. When we did, the main courses came after seconds. The wine wasn't cold enough either. They also had a strange male toilet photo. Another thing is the menu. Very strange that there is one side for cigarettes on offer.
Good food! Good drinks and a very nice atmosphere! I'll be back. I recomand to all....

I have never tried the food, nor made it inside. The two times I've gone, in different years, by the way, I had the same issue - a reluctance to modify an order or reprint a modified receipt. The staff seems to be in an extreme rush to get an order in. Never mind that people might like to take the time to browse the menu, or might change their minds about their selection. If you DO change your mind, tough luck - they are extremely resistant to changing it, and pretend the bill is written in stone and cannot be modified. Both times we went, we were the only people in the outside/courtyard section, so I really don't understand the rush, other than perhaps trying to get serving out of the way so they could return to their chatting or phone-browsing. On one occasion, a 7UP was brought out and hadn't even been opened when we said that we had changed our mind and wanted a different drink (because we were rushed into ordering something). The waiter said he could not return it or change the bill. Excuse me?! The bottle isn't opened, and the bill is printed by a machine that can surely cancel it and print a new one. It's not rocket science. But I guess if you're lazy and don't want to be bothered, you'd rather say it can't be done. On another occasion, I specifically requested a corrected receipt because I needed it for reimbursement (I was in Romania on a fellowship, and needed to keep track of my expenses for funding purposes). It was also impossible - apparently receipts can't be rectified to correct a mistake (aka, cancelled and reprinted with the proper order and price). They have the technology, but not the willingness to accommodate guests or provide more than mediocre service, so I will not be returning.
