La cordialità e il buon servizio accompagnano piatti deliziosi preparati con cura. Purtroppo, a causa di un inconveniente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore, ma ne è valsa comunque la pena. Assolutamente da provare, anche i prezzi sono molto convenienti.

Il personale è molto gentile, ti fa sentire come a casa, e sono molto utili nel soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, anche se devono preparare piatti vegani. I funghi sono molto buoni e ben presentati. Il locale è molto intimo e accogliente, e i prezzi sono giusti.

Tolles Restaurant. das Hauptgericht wurde mit frisch gesammelten Steinpilzen gekleidet, die prächtig waren. der Zustand war sehr schön und nahm viel Zeit für eine.

In Pistoia there are a lot of restaurants in all kinds. Aie and Sally was exactly the one we where looking for. Small, not a big cart, but enough choice, simple style and locals. They give you a large explanation of everything thats on the menu and help you with the choice. They speak excellent german, especially Sally. They let you taste a whole range of Italian specialities from the delicious kitchen they have. When we asked for things not on the menu that was no problem, call us tomorrow if you come some hours in forward and we will prepare it for you. So for service food and atmosphere the max. Superb experience!

We hesitated before going into this restaurant because there was no menu in the window, but we went in relying on the good reviews. We were really glad we did. It was the best evening of our Tuscan tour. We had a delicious starter of pasta with sausage and cheese baked in the oven, main courses and a pudding plus a reasonably priced bottle of house wine. Everything was good and not expensive. But the best thing of all was the ladies who run this place. They were an absolute delight. They really looked after us for the whole evening, including letting us sample their homemade mirto digestif. And at the end they said our tip was too much and tried to give some of it back. So genuine and honest. A fabulous evening. Thank you.
