I had the yaki soba noodles, which was a tiny portion of over salty claggy noodles I also had a portion of 3, tiny 'ravioli sulla griglia ', which tasted as if they 'd wrapped a bit of generic sausage in a gelatinous bandage. Great restaurant to eat sushi. nice location, very polite staff and very good food. I am vegetarian and it is one of the places that offers more variety even for those who want to enjoy sushi or other hot dishes even without eating fish.
I stopped because of the passage, excellent food both regarding sushi and hot food. I read several negative reviews complaining about a certain slowness, I can say the opposite, very fast and professional. only negative note is that at lunch there are restrictions regarding the choice of some dishes, such as a single portion of sashimi, not indicated on the menu. overall recommended.

Restaurant in the center of the pistoia, near the beautiful square of the cathedral. fast and courteous service, simple, but nice and clean, with many tables to eat outdoors. excellent choice and excellent quality.
