Tonight an extraordinary confirmation! matteo and somo are a winning couple. harmony, innovation, research and apparent simplicity, which means perfection because effort does not appear in the dish. each ingredient is well balanced, perfectly identifiable and however contextualized. absolutely recommended, also because the customer feels pampered. Just had dinner here at their new venue in Bristol. Are they trying for two Michelin Stars? Menu was outstanding as ever but seemed better than ever. Atmosphere and decor is better. Very nice place, small well furnished and cozy, very nice owner, hand and very professional. Menù bistrot with very special dishes, in particular we took 7 gouves of raw and I have to say spectacular, excellent quality of fish able to work, tortelli a nero of exceptional sepia, baccalà in strepitoso tempura, frittura light all accompanied by a spectacular sauce, wonderful fusilli. That's great to say. between each course a preparation for the next course, customer support at the top! a path that leaves you a wonderful memory. Congratulations! recommended!
