It is my favorite brewery in Pisa and it was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy a draft beer and a delicious sandwich. My favorite beer is the funesta, but all of their beers are exceptional and they graciously let you taste what is on tap before you order. The sandwiches are also wonderful. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They will adapt any sandwich to a vegetarian version. Our favorite is the Regina, which my husband takes in its original meat form, and I have with grilled vegetables substituted for the meat. New additions to the menu include French fries, which always go well with beer. Highly recommended!!
