Location very well cared for with a beautiful counter filled with cheeses and sliced as it is also possible to buy products as in any food. The staff is very kind and prepared and also the service is great. The menu includes typical Tuscan dishes but with a touch of modernity that makes them current. Try the red gnomes with pesto and pecorino. Excellent among the desserts the panpepato with the vinsanto. Also discuss the wine list with a wide selection of Tuscan wines also at the glass. Good also the price quality ratio. We'll definitely come back.

We had to start the antipasto plate, followed by our waiter, manual, recommendations that were absolutely perfect. He was very attentive and his English was wonderful! He explained everything on the menu and gave us details about all meat, cheese, wines and pastas, he had great local recommendations! Can't rate this place high enough!

The food was amazing (we had the large plate of mixed cheeses and meats, and afterwards tiramisu and a seasonal chestnut cake) and we couldn‘t have asked for a better restaurant for our last night in Italy. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and the atmosphere very relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!
