Very kind host and... read more I was in Pisa for the first day and when no other restaurants were open, I was welcomed and I could order delicious snacks, drinks and food. Very kind host and kind service. I sat on the main street, drinking a cocktail and watching people. I eat delicious spaghetti carbonara and melon with prosciutto. The evening was a success.

We were given food menus only so had to guess at what drinks they... read more Saw this place in the afternoon and it looked good with decent prices so came back for dinner. We were given food menus only so had to guess at what drinks they had. Food and drinks order was taken at the same time. The aperol spritz had something on the orange so they swapped it very quickly even though my wife was just going to pull the orange out. Food arrived pretty quickly along with parmesan cheese. The food wasn't particularly hot, but it was all tasty. As soon as we'd finished the bowls were whisked away. Everything just seemed really rushed, not the Italian way we've come to know. I realise it's not a restaurant, but still, I expected request for second drinks or deserts? A couple camein and ordered drinks only. They were given bruschetta. crisps and other nibbles, on the house. Tasy food, but certainly not somewhere for an evening meal.

W... read more We stopped here initally as it was raining and we wanted to shelter. What a stroke of luck for us. Rose was a fantastic hostess and chatted to us for a while. We ordered cocktails and she brought us some bread and meats to nibble on (free of charge). We went back here 2 more times. As much for the friendly service as for the good value cocktails (5 euros or the cocktails) I would definitely recommend this place.
