The service could have been better. (clears throat) For the rest of the simple, but tasty Italian dishes, classic pasta and pizza for a clientele that is mostly out of tourists, is just outside the busy streets around the piazza, the miraculi and a cheaper. View all feedback.
Near square of the knights menu quite contained but of quality excellent service I recommend

I had a very pleasant impression with two specific typical dishes: The tripe, fantastic, soft, tasty, to be repeated. The reginette al cinghiale have an excellent flavor, a ragù with a spectacular sweet tone. Reasonable prices. The air conditioning is not optimal, but that seems to be a problem in many places in Pisa. Forgivable.
It is slightly off-center, but the tavern is still located in a nice area. Good, typical Tuscan food. Friendly and competent staff
