So I strolled through the old town of Pirna, across the market square, past St. Mary's Church, then I discovered the restaurant called Málaga... Curious, I entered the property... Nicely received, asked about the number of people. After the answer, that I came alone and was assigned a small table. While I was allowed to study the menu, I was able to look around. A warm atmosphere, everything was well designed, the interior and ambience were appropriate. I then decided on a small fish soup, with a mango juice. And If you have no idea about Spanish eating habits and dishes, then ask. The nice waitress just explained to me how it works with the tapas... They also patiently explained how it works with the extra sheet from the menu .For which the small pencils are provided on each table. So every guest can mark on this extra tapas sheet which tapas they would choose, in the desired flavor, in quantity and order.. Nice idea, which one relieves the burden on the service staff, prevents misunderstandings, and provides a certain level of “planning security”. I, on the other hand, at least decided on a tapas variant during my visit to get to know each other. During a short tour later, I was able to find out that it was In the back area, there are still enough rooms to feed many guests, in a beautifully designed setting... So, I was able to leave the restaurant satisfied, with the promise to come back soon, then accompanied by my partner or relatives... Until then, I wish the owners good business and satisfied guests!!

We ate here with our group of eight, and the restaurant was very full. Therefore, reservations are recommended, even for smaller groups or just two people. The ambiance is very charming. The service was truly outstanding—very friendly, attentive, and always available and helpful. The food was delicious, although a few of the tapas seemed rather hastily prepared. One more thing: the chorizo dishes are very spicy. A note about this on the menu would be helpful. But overall, we were satisfied and full.
