Not sure if owners are Turkish because what we had wasn't Turkish versions of kebabs. We had chicken and adana kebabs, which was below average. Adana didn't taste anything close to what it should be. When fries at a fast food place isn't tasty, then what can? We also had lahmacun and asked without döner/hackfliesch and yogurt sauce but it came back with both. Super good and fresh doner at a lower price than others. I always stop here after hiking in/around pirmasens
