Very, very disappointed. 2nd meal at the Table des Pères and 2nd disappointment. The dishes and their presentation are of good quality, but for a Michelin star? There is much better quality elsewhere. And above all, the food and wine pairing borders on a scam. There is a search for originality but not exceptional quality. See some very average wines. And no questioning or ability to respond when we start the dialogue. 2 things shocked me: The first time, a gnat in a glass of wine... and no commercial gesture, barely an excuse The second time the food and wine pairing 7 glasses included 4 white, a red with poorly controlled alcohol (15° and which overwhelmed the dish) then 1 beer and 1 cider. Good but far from the quality expected of a starred restaurant. For the moment the Table is far from the level of the framework and the quality that it claims.
