A young waiter served... read more We had originally planned to go to a different restaurant. But then we ended up at 'Demetra ' and I can only say, everything was perfect. A young waiter served us with the utmost friendliness and attentiveness. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. Many thanks to the entire team!

From the attentiveness of the manager to the meticulous attention to detail in the restaurant's decor; from the richness of the menu to the attention to detail in selecting the various types of meat and the wines. The quality of the meat—and what more can I say? I tried a mixed grill (which I discovered you can customize to your liking) and a plate of pasta with wild boar sauce; exquisite. I will definitely return because it was worth it and also because I would love to savor, among other delicacies on the extensive menu, the veal carpaccio with caramelized pineapple and, for those of you who love it like I do, the Sicilian-style snails. Last but not least, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, always present and attentive. A special thank you to all the staff, and keep up the good work.

Told the waiter we’d just have win and be gone (although there were spare tables so hardly a problem) but he had serious attitude and charged nearly 20E for two glasses of wine. There was no need. He could have just asked us to not dwell or whatever but hey ho
