Coffee Island - Piraeus

Best coffee in town. I wish they had more variety on pastries but still amazing coffee that you cannot find anywhere else

Today 5 August at 15:00 my partner and I walked into this Coffee island that we always order from and love, we order fredo espresso and fredo Cappuccino Latte, for the cappuccino latte, you can see the picture below, I told the barista that this is not how it usually look like, and she said, not I put milk before I put coffee, it's there, and she was already angry for some reason, I just said thank you, and walked out, I tasted it, but it tasted so bitter and milk nor foam in it. I am disappointed and dissatisfied of the service and the way they tried to scam, I paid 260 for Freddo cappuccino Latte, but I didn't get that, instead just coffee, and some sugar as shown in the pictures, this is clearly not Freddo Capoccino Latte. For the past 5 years in Greece. I always ordered from coffee island weather in pireas or elsewhere, even when I am in the center of Athena, I still preferred to get my coffee from coffee island, as it always tasted identical, never disappointed in the taste before. Anyway I went back and put the coffee outside in the bar of the coffee place, because it tasted horrible. Disregarding how bad the customer service is sometimes I still bought and ordered daily from coffee island, but after this incident, I don't trust coffee island nor their employees ever again, it's a shame.

Good quality of latte, nice flavor and professional staff on this spot.

This is where the true taste meets fantasy.
