Casca - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Casca:
Having been there over a dozen times throughout this year,I have to say these: Phenomenally bad service, making a mess of the simplest orders (45 mins for a basic cocktail, serving small drink size when large was ordered), with the staff sporting a bad attitude on top of that. Casca combines a modern feeling with an atmospheric, grandiose approach to aesthetics that makes this place ideal for a casual snack or lunch with a friend, a formal dinner with colleagues or an early afternoon coffee with mum, which is by the way a strict judge in places!
