Domino's Pizza - Piqua

The food was fast, delicious(as Domino's usually is) and hot! Thank you so much for taking our order over the phone and getting it to us so fast. It had been a super long day and we were starving and had been let down by the other company ...(ordered from a different restaurant originally, but ended up waiting almost 2 hours to get the food but they couldn't find a driver so we cancelled) You guys got hubby fed and therefore happy! You guys rock! Thank you again!

Placed an online order at 12:30am plenty enough time to make tots chicken and 2 hoggies. Tracked my order for pickup, was “being prepped “ til 110am. Called several times to see why it wasn’t in the oven, was hung up on. Twice! Went there. Waited another 15 mins for the food to be finished. Got to the car looked at my food and my mushroom Swiss hoggie had a Pattys and a few diced onions, my buffalo one had meat and hot sauce. My speciality tots only tots, and my speciality chicken was just chicken. Paying 30+ dollars and waiting over an hour, for food that should’ve been ready in 15 minutes is completely ludicrous. Worst part. When I brought my food back the didn’t even look surprised that I was pissed! So i sat in the parking lot til it was made right. Store hours says open til 130am and people who order late expect the same quality of food! DO BETTER!

I will never spend another dime at this spot… I ordered 2 large pies and they both tasted awful … my dog wouldn’t even touch it. Management was terrible. I asked for a refund and I was basically told that I will not be compensated for bad quality food. Have heard terrible things involving the kitchen. So far as them using outdated product and even an ex terminal problem.

By far the worst establishment when it comes to treatment of staff. Extremely biased and unprofessional.

Pizza is always on point, they never accidently add cheese to my pizza. Service is quality!Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy, they always makes my pizza right, without any dairy.
