I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the staff seemed irritated to be there, as well as annoyed by my presence when I walked in. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1.
I went in to grab a bag of chips, but I couldn't find anyone to help me! The two customers ahead of me ended up leaving in frustration. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, using the restroom, and trying to get my chips, a kid finally came out from the back, answered a phone call, and started entering information on the touch screen. Meanwhile, another man strolled out from the back and just stood there watching. It might be more efficient if one person managed the register while the other focused on food preparation! I visited Casey's and made a purchase, but when I handed over a $100 bill, the cashier reacted with an eye-roll and an attitude. This experience gave me terrible service at the North Casey's on August 4, 2023, around 6:30 PM.
Everything about this place is filthy and the cashier guy..well let’s just say a broom would have more personality!!!’ Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
First time getting pizza hew it's basically raw, also my last time getting pizza here
