We have been in this restaurant with some friends, one of them born around there. Place is far away from highway about 25 minutes by car) and from big towns, perfect place to enjoy your Sunday lunch in nature. We always go there for lunch or dinner because we are sure to eat good quality food, everything is handmade by Antonella and Cristina following ancient recipes. The Restaurant is really nice large and cozy rooms , nice stay there even among several people It is run since 1800 by the nice family Civardi, you can also enjoy yourself by talking with Gianmario one of the owners, whose task is also to welcome the guests, he is really nice and amusing. We have some persons from Germany who expressly program to visit this wonderful valley also to have dinner or lunch by them We recommend this place to whom really want to know typical kitchen of Piacenza and their valley

We asked for three small portions of main course and we got three big portions of delicious tortilla and pasta. I had also a second course, boar meat with tomatoes: really great dish. Red and white wines from Piacenza hills, some desserts. Total amount: 25 euros each. excellent experience with one of the best value for money ever. Recommend!
Il ristorante ha una camera pulita, personale cordiale e professionale. Il prezzo del menu è di ottima qualità. Abbiamo gustato un antipasto di carni fresche accompagnate da tre tipi di gorgonzola, insalata russa e giardiniera, il tutto accompagnato dal leggendario gnocco fritto. I gnocchetti agli asparagi erano speciali e gustosi. Eccellente fowl.
