We really need to review the training of salespeople because every time there's a new one, it doesn't necessarily respect the principle of happy hours or the customer reception. Usually on Tuesday evenings everything is even sandwiches and pastries but this time it is not the case and I left disappointed again. Cela fait des années que je vais chez caractère, c’est la première fois que je reprends un sandwich depuis un petit moment, pas très généreux par rapport à ce que ça a été…déçue !
