The perfect place to get away from the snow or to consume your mid-morning ski coffee or hot chocolate. A traditional hut that has only a few benches but all facing the roaring wood burning stove. Decorated with old photos and wooden skis. Great cappuccinos and some mighty fine artisinal craft beer. Eccellente!!! View all feedback.
What Maureen G doesn't like about Rifugio Malga Cioca:
We stopped here for lunch and wished we hadn't! There is a very small restaurant inside (waitress service) and a larger seating area outside where you can get snacks etc from a service hatch. The service was incredibly slow. Two of us didn't particularly enjoy what we had although the cheese and ham sandwich and the chips were nice. Cosy (but small) cabin with very nice pasta. You may need to reserve a table for lunch since the restaurant part is not very large
Best egg with cheese and speck I got. Cozy place in a very nice location close to Tulot slope. Very friendly personnel.
This piste restaurant is a good place to take shelter and enjoy simple trentino dishes. We managed to get a table inside and hide frim the weather. Staff served us quickly and with a smile. We left satisfied after a good warm lunch at very reasonable prices.
This bar is worth for a stop as they serve best Aperol Spritz in the mountains. We also tried polenta, was ok.
After disaster lunch in nearby Pradalago, next day, I was hesitant to take lunch in a small hut next to Tulot lift top station in Pinzolo. Food was decent, made with care. Staff was super friendly and nice. The place is too small to accomodate all the hungry skiers at lunchtime although position is not central on the ski resort. Obviously it is one of the best price/quality places to take lunch in that resort (Pinzolo/Madonna/Marileva-Folgarida) if you manage to find a table.
