Waffle House - Pinson

Worst customer service you?ll see. Walk in to order take out? they don?t acknowledge you. Then they will take someone in front of you. Food is fine, but getting them to take your order is a shot in the dark. If anyone else tells you different than theyare not telling the truth or they are a regular and have zero to do but eat here everyday. And they won?t answer the phone whereyou could put an order in.

The food is decent. Typical breakfast items usually I go early in the morning after work since I work 3rd shift and it's empty. Tried to stop in last night and the parking lot was full of cars and someone mentioned something about a reddit laser like wouldbe attached to a gun so I got back in the van and left.

I have visited this restaurant several times, and they have consistently gotten my order right and served it quickly. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my meal.

I would suggest that the young girl with short brown hair who walks by customers without acknowledging them consider a different approach. If she's not interested in working, she should clock out and go home. She didn't take our drink order and walked past us multiple times without so much as a glance or even a simple "I'll be with you shortly." That acknowledgment can really make a difference. If it's too overwhelming for her, she should just leave. Frankly, her behavior is grounds for termination. We felt completely ignored for no apparent reason. I couldn't even catch her name since she never stopped to engage us. With my years of experience in restaurant management, I find this type of service unacceptable. I would have noticed this as a manager and advised her to clock out.

The waitress and cook were both really nice, especially since we went at 2 AM because my kid wanted Waffle House. It was much more peaceful at that time. Thank you, everyone!
