Was Nat Turner at Jack's a mag?
Dottie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and professional. She skillfully handled operations while also training a young employee at the front register. I placed five orders for my kids, but it didn't slow down the service at all. The management here is outstanding, and they are consistently quick. The food is generally acceptable for fast food, but the woman at the drive-thru window has a very poor attitude and work ethic. Instead of attending to customers, she spends her time on her phone. She tends to ignore requests for condiments, straws, and napkins. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if this didn’t happen every time my work crew visits for lunch. The food was good but they threw like five hash rounds in the bag for my order of hash rounds. IT WASNT EVEN IN A BOX.

Jack's is a beautiful restaurant with an excellent location. They even have a changing station in the men's restroom, which is very convenient. The facility itself was great, but unfortunately, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Despite having plenty of staff on duty, the employees were not courteous or polite when taking orders, and it seemed like no one was able to handle orders efficiently.
What a fantastic new restaurant! It has been completely renovated, and the staff exhibits a much more positive attitude than before. The food is incredible!
