Every time we visit this restaurant (which we won't be returning to), we end up waiting over 40 minutes. I can't believe it! We're really done with this location, seriously! Even when the order is correct, which hardly ever happens, it still takes nearly an hour to get it. We waited in line for 45 minutes—FORTY-FIVE MINUTES! I honestly feel like I deserve a refund, but I won't even bother. Please just shut this place down.

I waited 35 minutes just to get to the window, only to discover that my order was entirely wrong. I didn’t have enough time to go inside to fix it. This place really needs to step up its game. I won’t return until I hear it has improved. It's even worse now than it was before the renovation, laugh out loud. I wish I could give it less than one star!

The facility itself was great, but unfortunately, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Despite having plenty of staff on duty, the employees were not courteous or polite when taking orders, and it seemed like no one was able to handle orders efficiently.

Instead of attending to customer... read more The food is generally acceptable for fast food, but the woman at the drive-thru window has a very poor attitude and work ethic. Instead of attending to customers, she spends her time on her phone. She tends to ignore requests for condiments, straws, and napkins. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if this didn’t happen every time my work crew visits for lunch. If she's working there in the future, I will choose to go elsewhere.
