The 1st time they cheated with the size of the glass, bought a 500 ml cocktail, poured 300, into a completely different glass, when asked to change it to the tedious size, they simply added mineral water. 2. on the list of cold drinks there was hot coffee with a very small scoop of ice cream the coffee was boiling water!
