Panera is not consistent. Pinole location is not up to par, order was ready when I got there but was not on the board. Tuna sandwich was not up to par, neither... read more Panera is not consistent. Pinole location is not up to par, order was ready when I got there but was not on the board. Tuna sandwich was not up to par, neither was the chicken sandwich. Checked order when I got to my car, they left out my bag ofchips. On Friday September 9th had same order from San Rafael location where I work, order was much better, tuna was fresher,order was correct, staff much friendlier. Will never order from Pinole again.

The workers could be a little mor... read more This Panera bread is great! I always get the broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl or the Mac and cheese and it does it every time. The workers could be a little more patient and welcoming and the lines can be long waiting for orders. The wait was kind oflong, but, the food was good enough to not worry about the wait.
