I need Chuck E. Cheese to rethink this whole process This place is sad. I did appreciate the thoroughness of checking kid/parent number matching. Clean, plenty of parking, but dysfunctional. Customer was the WORSE ! No employee seems to know what they are doing. Walk away from counters without communication. The games need some TLC, some don’t work, the card swipe talked too long and eats up your play time. I’m not even going to start on how dirty and disgusting the mouse costume was. It’s giving Friday Nights at Freddy’s.
