Zizzi - Pinner

We really enjoyed eating from the new vegan menu! Will be going back again for sure!

Zizzi accepts vouchers from Sun-thurs so a meal in those days are always good value. This particular one is Pinner is my local. Its a beautiful high street and I enjoy dining in there. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating. The food is always delicious. Would go there again.

Food was really good, however service seemed very rushed maybe short on staff. Easy booking though so that helped.

Sorry, but this restaurant wasn't for me. I like a high standard of food and only enjoy paying high prices for rare and exclusive food that is out of this world. This, sadly is nice but can get better in another restaurant chain at a better price. The menu has limited detail and the menu I was given has no prices. The alcohol mark up is extorsionate for what is a very average drinks list. Is not Chateau Margot or anything of that calibre, yet seem to be charged as if I was drinking a finer wine for very average drink! Pint of lager is about £7. Needless to say I will not be using this restaurant chain again. Money not well spent. Didn't order desert or coffee. Probably would add another £15 to the bill for a desert and coffee that I can buy in Waitrose for a quarter of the price. While I understand profits make a business, I don't think it helps that nothing special about this one. Can get same food elsewhere at 20% cheaper with better customer information.

An extensive menu to choose from and the pizza and pasta options are good. Service can be a little on the slow side but this suited us well as we wanted a leisurely lunch.
